1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of effitechltd.com.bd (the “website”), which is operated by EffiTech (Pvt.) Limited (“EffiTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”), 10th Floor, Nest Evana Tower, House 56/B, Road 132, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Our services and separate agreements
The website describes the business process outsourcing and technology services that EffiTech offers. Information on the website is general and is not an offer that can be accepted.
When you hire EffiTech, the work is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work between your organisation and EffiTech. If anything in that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement applies to that work.
3. Enquiries, proposals and pricing
- Any estimate, proposal or price we share is based on the information you provide and is valid for the period stated in it.
- Timelines, results or figures mentioned on the website are examples of what we aim for, not guarantees for every project.
- Work only begins once both parties have agreed the scope and terms in writing.
4. Using the website
You may browse, read and share links to the website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
- send viruses, malware or any harmful code, or interfere with the website’s normal operation;
- copy, scrape or collect content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
- send false, misleading, abusive or unlawful information through our forms or email addresses;
- pretend to be EffiTech, one of our staff or another person.
5. Information you send us
When you use our contact form, email us or apply for a job, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential business information through the website’s contact form. If confidential information needs to be shared, we will agree a secure method and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement first.
6. Job applications
Job listings on the website describe roles we are currently recruiting for and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job offer. Any offer of employment will be made in writing and will be subject to its own terms.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute relating to the website or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. This does not remove any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
